Now, you can choose what kinds of emails you want to receive. Subscribe to one or more groups. When notices are sent out for women's, men's, coed or reverse coed, you can now choose which types you want to receive.

Everyone is already added to the default group.  However, to change your subscription:

1. First, please remove yourselft from the default group
2. Next, add yourself to whichever groups you'd like to be part of.
